The social tab allows you to sign-in to all your social media accounts before navigating through the app, so you do not have to continually sign-in each time you want to post, share, or comment within a tab.
Social Tab View:
There are 5 records within the social tab:
- Messages
- Shares
- Fan Wall Posts
- Rewards
- Comments
Messages – show users how many messages they have received.
Shares – Show users how many times you have shared your activity within the app.
Fan Wall – All comments made by user are comment or reply posts on Fan Wall v1 and v2 tabs.
Rewards – All Unlock / Redeem are counted in QR Coupon, GPS Coupon, Loyalty tabs.
Comments – Comment posts on all tabs (except for Fan Wall).
Checking the Social Onboarding box will cause a prompt to appear as soon as the app is launched asking the client to connect a social media account.
The app owner can view the activity of users who’ve connected within step 2 of the CMS
Please note that the social tab will pull your profile pictures into the app for posting purposes.
